These sessions occur every week, the only exceptions generally being on Bank Holidays or Christmas.
We meet at 6 pm and runners depart on their respective routes around 6.15pm. This is also an opportunity for everyone to be updated with any club news. This session can be a recovery session for those runners that have been out for long runs on the weekend.
Beginner night but all members are welcome.

Development night, all runners welcome. Runners meet at the clubhouse at 6 pm for a more strenuous session usually involving speed work, hill training or some interval training.

Beginners and New Members
New members are always welcome and can come along to any of our sessions, however we understand that starting a new energetic sport can be daunting. This is why we have a session on Wednesday evenings for anyone who is starting out in running, getting back into it after some time out or just wants to ease themselves into running.
Our beginners group meets at 6pm every Wednesday evening for a session that suits the members of the group.

Membership form 2023/24
Please download and return the completed application form and in an envelope to Claire Morgan (Membership Sec) or to a committee member who will pass on. Payment method will be via Stripe account.
